Jessica Montello Isaacs is a partner in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge, NJ) and Long Island, NY offices.  She focuses her practice on general liability defense including premises liability, construction accidents and construction defect claims, maritime claims and marine construction, product liability claims, and commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Isaacs handles all aspects of civil defense on behalf of corporate and insured clients including, but not limited to, commercial and residential property owners, general contractors and subcontractors, manufacturers, distributors and retailers, and clients in the hospitality industry.  As part of her practice, Ms. Isaacs often serves as monitoring counsel retained by excess insurance carriers on high exposure matters both in New York and New Jersey.

She endeavors to zealously represent client interests and bring matters to a successful resolution through motion practice, defense verdict or favorable settlement, keeping in mind client concerns including confidentiality, competition, proprietary information, and intellectual property.

Ms. Isaacs is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.

She received her B.A. in Biology and Art History from Franklin & Marshall College in 2010.  Ms. Isaacs then attended Georgetown University Law Center and earned her J.D. in 2014.  She was senior executive editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, the leading legal ethics journal and one of the most cited student-run journals in the United States.

Ms. Isaacs, and her husband Charles, reside in Rockland County, New York with their rescue wolfhound mix Dixie.
