Jonathan C. Springer is a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  With almost 20 years of experience, he concentrates his practice in civil litigation defense including commercial transportation, premises liability and insurance coverage matters.

Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Springer defended commercial vehicle drivers and commercial carriers in catastrophic motor vehicle accidents at a civil litigation firm’s New Jersey office.

Mr. Springer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Defense Research Institute.

Mr. Springer received his B.A. from Gettysburg College in 2001 and his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2006.
