Mr. Evan was recognized in the area of Workers’ Compensation Defense. He is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Law Section. With almost 40 years of civil litigation experience, Mr. Evan also concentrates his practice in civil rights, municipal law, insurance law, premises liability, auto liability and contract litigation matters.
Mr. Conwell has been recognized in Best Lawyers annually since 2001 in the area of Workers’ Compensation Defense. With over 30 years of experience, he concentrates his practice exclusively in the representation of self-insured employers and their third party administrators in all varieties of compensation claims including fatalities, mental stress, hearing loss and catastrophic injuries to individuals sustaining cognitive brain dysfunction.
Ms. Zambelli was recognized in the area of Workers’ Compensation Defense and focuses her practice exclusively on defending employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators in all workers’ compensation matters in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She serves as Treasurer of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section.
Mr. Lockhart has been recognized in Best Lawyers annually since 2016 for Insurance Litigation. He has more than 30 years of litigation experience in insurance defense including construction, motor vehicle/motor carrier, premises liability and insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
Mr. Leonard was recognized in the area of Workers’ Compensation Defense. He is an experienced trial attorney and focuses his practice primarily on defending employers and insurers under the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Act (Title 34). He is also one of a handful of Georgia practitioners who has been trained and certified in Medicare Set Aside allocation and implementation. Mr. Leonard is the incoming President of the Atlanta Bar Association Workers’ Compensation section.
