Allison M. Subacz

Allison M. Subacz is an associate in the firm's Charleston office.  She has trial experience in personal injury and concentrates her practice in insurance defense including premises liability, personal injury, governmental liability, and deliberate intent/workplace injury.  She has represented individuals, corporations and governmental entities in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Subacz was selected for inclusion in West Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2019 and 2020.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Ms. Subacz worked for a Huntington, West Virginia law firm where she gained experience in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance law, and construction litigation.

She currently serves on the board of Girls on the Run of Cabell and Wayne Counties.

Ms. Subacz received her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York in 2007.  She received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Appalachian School of Law in 2010.  As a law student, Ms. Subacz was the Editor-in-Chief of the Appalachian Journal of Law and served on the Student Bar Association.  Following law school, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Phillip M. Stowers for the Twenty-Ninth Judicial Circuit in Winfield, West Virginia.
