Catherine R. Everett is a partner in the firm’s Metropolitan New York (Woodbridge, NJ) and Long Island, NY offices. She focuses her practice on general liability defense of matters in multiple practice areas including construction, product liability, premise liability, maritime and insurance coverage, as well as the associated appellate proceedings related to these matters.

She focuses her practice on general liability defense of matters in multiple practice areas including construction, product liability, premise liability, maritime and insurance coverage, as well as the associated appellate proceedings related to these matters.
Ms. Everett routinely handles cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death in multiple jurisdictions including retainage by excess insurance companies to act as specialty counsel to oversee the defense of matters that have the potential to reach their layer of exposure.
Ms. Everett is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Everett received her B.A., summa cum laude, from St. John’s University in 1999 and her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2002.
