David E. Heisler is a partner in the firm's Scranton office.  With over three decades of experience defending clients in the Lackawanna County area, he has established himself as a seasoned, well-respected trial attorney.  He focuses his civil litigation practice in employment, premises liability, product liability, professional liability and motor vehicle liability matters.

Mr. Heisler has participated in over 150 jury trials in his career in a wide variety of matters.  Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, he was a litigator at Lenahan & Dempsey, P.C. 

Mr. Heisler is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.  Further, he was named a Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in 1994.  He is also a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Born and raised in the Scranton area, Mr. Heisler graduated summa cum laude from the University of Scranton and went on to attend Georgetown University Law School where he earned his J.D. in 1977.
