Mr. Schenck is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, as well as the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.  He is rated AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Schenck has been selected nationally by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® annually since 2018 in the areas of Insurance Law and Insurance Litigation.

He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Schenck received his B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University in 1974 and his M.S. from American University in 1976.  He received his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1982, where he was a member of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.
