Lois M. Shenk

Lois M. Shenk is a partner in the firm's Philadelphia office.  With over twenty years of state and federal trial experience in defense litigation, she has represented clients in a variety of matters including product liability, professional negligence, pharmacy malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice and long-term care.

Ms. Shenk has achieved the highest level AV® Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.  In 2007, she was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer as published in the American Lawyer Media and The Philadelphia Magazine.

Ms. Shenk is a member of the American and Philadelphia Bar Associations.  In 2003, she was co-chair of the State Civil Committee for the Philadelphia Bar Association and, in that capacity, was a course planner for the State Bench-Bar Conference held in Philadelphia that year.  She also serves as a Judge Pro Tempore in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and is a Master Level Member of the Temple American Inn of Court.  Ms. Shenk is also a member of the American Society of Pharmacy Law and the National Retail and Restaurant Association.

 She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Shenk graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1970.  She earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979 and her law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1984.
