Luke Q. Marston is an associate attorney in the firm’s Fairfax, Virginia office.  His practice focuses on all aspects of construction law and civil litigation, toxic tort, products liability litigation, general business litigation, and corporate representation.

Mr. Marston primarily represents contractors, architects, engineers, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners in wide-ranging construction litigation matters and manufacturers, distributors, and corporations in his toxic tort and products liability practice.

Prior to joining Cipriani & Werner, Mr. Marston worked in ECS’s General Counsel’s office, the George Mason Athletic Department’s Compliance Office, and Shannon Mullins & Wright.

Mr. Marston is admitted to practice in Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association and the Fairfax Bar Association.

Mr. Marston received his B.A. in Political Science from Roanoke College in 2019 and his J.D. from George Mason University – Antonin Scalia Law School in 2023.  In law school, he was an active member of Scalia’s Moot Court teams and a member of the Journal of Law, Economics, and Policy.

When not practicing, Mr. Marston enjoys keeping up with collegiate athletics, spending time at Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia, and going to trivia contests in Washington, D.C.
