Robert F. Ball

Robert F. Ball is a partner in the firm’s Woodbridge, NJ (Metropolitan New York) office.  He concentrates his practice in the defense of complex general liability matters, and claims involving premises liability, alcohol/dram shop liability, product liability, sports and entertainment claims, construction defect litigation, environmental/asbestos litigation and transportation and commercial motor vehicle negligence litigation. Mr. Ball has defended cases involving claims against architects and engineers.

Mr. Ball is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.  He has represented clients in over 100 jury trials and has successfully argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court.  He is frequently asked to lecture and provide seminars to insurance claims professionals.

Mr. Ball has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Mr. Ball received his B.A. in Business Administration from Gettysburg College in 1982 and his J.D from Widener University School of Law in 1985.
