Marc R. Jones

Marc R. Jones is a partner in the firm's Mt. Laurel office.  He focuses his practice on insurance defense, motor vehicle liability, commercial vehicle and commercial trucking litigation, transportation litigation, premises and products liability, construction accident litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation and professional malpractice.

Marc R. Jones is a partner in the firm's Mt. Laurel office.  He focuses his practice on insurance defense, motor vehicle liability, commercial vehicle and commercial trucking litigation, transportation litigation, premises and products liability, construction accident litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation and professional malpractice.

Mr. Jones also has significant insurance defense and litigation experience in a wide array of areas including auto insurance claims - bodily injury and property damage; Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims; Uninsured and Underinsured insurance litigation (UM/UIM); premises liability claims; construction litigation including construction defect, personal injury and professional malpractice; and environmental and toxic tort litigation matters.

Mr. Jones is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania  and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

He received his B.A., summa cum laude, in International Politics with History and Business minors from Penn State University in 1994.  After graduation, he began working as an underwriter for CIGNA Group Insurance in Philadelphia.  While working full time at CIGNA, Mr. Jones obtained his law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in May 2001.  He then worked for several notable regional defense firms before joining Cipriani & Werner in 2011.

Mr. Jones is a native of Yardley, Pennsylvania and currently resides with his wife and twin sons in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.  He is a long-serving active elected member of the Mount Laurel Board of Education.
